Use Amperes law to find the magnetic field strength well inside a very long solenoid of length

Question:

Use Ampere’s law to find the magnetic field strength well inside a very long solenoid of length l, cross-sectional area A and total number of turns N, carrying current I. Show that the magnetic field strength at the centre of the solenoid is approximately twice the value at each end, on the axis of the solenoid. If the solenoid is long enough for these ‘end effects’ to be completely neglected, calculate its self-inductance L. How much work is done in establishing a current I?
