a. Definitely recommend that Hersha take a look at this outstanding candidate.
b. Reject the application. He doesn't give enough information about when he attended college, what he majored in, or where he has worked.
c. Review the candidate's web-based e-portfolio, in which he has posted many of his school projects. If the assessment contains the missing information and the candidate sounds promising, recommend him for a closer look. If vital information is still missing, send the candidate an e-mail requesting additional information. Make the decision once you receive all necessary information.
d. Consider the candidate's qualifications relative to those of other applicants. Recommend him if you cannot find three or four other applicants with more directly relevant qualifications.
