Introduction: Career and planning of career are closely tied to each other because it gives the way to live in life. This paper is intended to outline my career plan for the next five years. Our vision plays a major role in achieving the success. So strategic planning plays a major role in targeting and achieving the success. Several things should be covered in planning about the future such as, personal and social factors. Here in this paper showing career plan as Pharmacist. In this paper I will show the goals and some of the strategies which am using in the future and also its contributing factors which are in favor to me to build up my career. Also I will show how am going to handle the situations in SWOT analysis.
Background: I had completed my under graduation in Bachelors in Pharmacy in 2010 and would be graduating in couple of months from Master of Administrative Sciences in Global health and Human service Administration. I worked for reputed Pharmaceutical Company for five years. I was not able to fulfill my dream without these skills. I choose this different field in the Masters to get the administrative skills which I can apply these skills for the higher position in a company.
Long-Term goal: I wanted to have a small scale Pharmaceutical company of me. I also wanted to do several things related to healthcare. To achieve all these things, all I need to do is to implement my plan in a step by step process. I think I have sufficient money and experience to have a small scale pharmaceutical company. I know that to have a pharmaceutical company is not an easy task, but I will show all my plan in the paper how I am going to do this in next few years. This is the Term paper which I proposed.
