You fail to communicate or fail to act with diligence on my legal behalf. I feel you we're not motivated to do a good job on my behalf. I disagree with how you're handling the case I feel like you're forcing me to settle and not negotiating with the other party. I feel you don't understand my goals and aspirations in this case.
