Question:

Write a professional letter on the following matter. This letter is to inform you that I am terminating our business relationship effective immediately. I feel you're not acting in my best interest. My reasons are as follows: I feel like you are not representing and seeking my best interest as an attorney. I lost trust in you. (You are free to make additions) You filed court documents on March 31st without my knowledge after I told you not to do so. Only when I came to your office on May 4, 2017 I was made aware that you did and was told that I have the choice of paying you or not. Then you told me $10,000 for filing the document. In the filing you made statements I do not agree with, it feels like you are representing the other party and not me for example:
(i) # 27 "In this case it is submitted that this is not the case the only asset is on the evidence of the applicant jointly owned. If therefore this application is not allowed to proceed as should be the case then the applicant can secure her benefits as a co-owner of the property by other applications that this court cannot decide." You know Mrs. Pierre name was added fraudulently on the deed and it's in the hands of the fraud squad. If this is your strategy I disagree with it. I asked for the response from Ms. Gomez-Pierre only to see she filed on March 29, 2017 which was before you filed your papers. You never made me aware of their filing, while I was in your office you never told me they filed that papers, only when I asked for her response you sent me the document. Why didn't you tell me they filed a new document and send to me? Only because I asked for her reply you sent it. Got the document and see that it was filed before the one you filed for me. I cannot trust you, I feel like you're working against me. Therefore, I have to move on I'm not comfortable with an attorney I feel is working for the plaintiff. This relationship is not working out. You fail to communicate or fail to act with diligence on my legal behalf. I feel you we're not motivated to do a good job on my behalf. I disagree with how you're handling the case I feel like you're forcing me to settle and not negotiating with the other party. I feel you don't understand my goals and aspirations in this case.
