In General SCHWARTZKOPF's speech to the Cadets he talks about character and competence. As a supervisor of police, how would you portray those traits and why are they important. List four traits you believe he exhibited in his speech. He also spoke about never losing a battle in Vietnam but we did lose one thing? What was it and what could make that happen? As a side note-notice how he chose his attire versus everyone else and the manner in which he took to the podium. He originally had a prepared speech written and ready-until moments before he walked out he decided to speak from within and scrapped his prepared remarks.
