You have been given the project to select and deploy a new ERP software application for the organization. Unfortunately the project is already underway and much of the initial planning has been completed. The initial WBS has been created in excel because the original project manager didn't know how to use project management software. Management has asked you to step in and get the project moving quickly. They would like to know just how fast you can get the project completed. Use the following table to create an AOA diagram and then identity the critical path. The project is scheduled to be done in four iterations (60-day time box) with each iteration delivering a different module of the ERP package. The WBS has been defined down to the activities during the initial release but release 2 thru 4 has been left to later when more is known about the activities which will occur during those iterations.
