Discussion questions 3. I do agree that integrity is an important part of being a successful global entrepreneur. I think when we are discussing cultural diversity it must be taken into consideration that a person must have integrity to not take advantage of those who have different cultures. If a culture is not used to the type of product or service that your company is offering, a person without integrity may want to charge higher prices simply because those buying the product or service do not know any better. I think that being honest in business is important because it is what will make your customers stay with you and support you. If there is ever a mistake made honesty with the customers will go much further than trying to cover it up. Being honest will also take you much further in terms of securing financing and partners if so desired. People do not want to do business with others who do not have integrity.

Discussion questions 4. I believe the desire to achieve is the most important trait. Many entrepreneurs must possess a drive to want success and to achieve. They must have a desire to work hard and possess qualities of a winning spirit. Being goal driven or wanting to achieve something gives entrepreneurs the desire to want to do their very best. They are working towards something. Entrepreneurs are building their reputation and brand and therefore are looking for opportunities to prove themselves. If they don't possess desire, passion, or enthusiasm for what they are doing, they may not have the will to be successful. Many times managers show they dot really cares and their employees tend to follow their lead. If they do not show passion or desire they cannot ask their employees to. Managers showing their desire to achieve success makes their employees feel the same. Once their mindset is compete, next should come the clear expectations.
