For the Pro Forma Income Statement model in the Excel file Net Income Models (Figure 11.7), add a scroll bar form control to allow the user to easily change the level of sales from 3,000,000 to 10,000,000 in increments of 1,000 and recalculate the spreadsheet. (The scroll values must be between 0 and 30,000 so you will need to modify the spreadsheet to make it work correctly.)
