Identify a leadership issue or problem in your current organization or an organization that you have worked for in the past. Assume a leadership role. Develop and design a plan to successfully lead the organization through the dilemma using a leadership model and other relevant literature. You will look at the significance or implications to leadership and organizations and draw conclusions.
