Locating Diversity Training Consultants Management thought it was doing the right thing in diversifying its staff. But now signs of friction are appearing. Staff meetings are longer, and conflicts have arisen in solving problems. Some of the new people say they aren’t taken seriously and that they are expected to blend in and become just like everybody else. A discrimination suit was filed in one department.

Your Task.
