Question: Obtain an estimate for the value of e by using Euler's method to approximate the solution of the IVP y' = y, y(0) = 1,

Obtain an estimate for the value of e by using Euler's method to approximate the solution of the IVP y' = y, y(0) = 1, at t = 1, using smaller and smaller values of h. As h decreases, the approximation for e gets better for a while but will eventually worsen, due to round off when h is small enough or calculation course enough. If you have a software package that automates Runge-Kuna or other methods, try them and compare the results with Euler.
