Employees love the service, and you know the time they save can be devoted to work or family activities. Unfortunately, profits are way down, and concierge use is up-up so far that you'll need to add a second concierge to keep up with the demand. As painful as it will be for everyone, you decide that the company needs to stop offering the service.
