Assuming that following stages limit the bandwidth to 0.001 kHz to 20 kHz with a sharp cutoff, calculate the magnitude of the total equivalent input noise voltage. Ignore gate-current noise in (11.15) and (11.16). (Assume Cgs= 0.)
