Repeat Problem 8.11 if the output signal is taken as the voltage at the emitter of Q
Question:
Repeat Problem 8.11 if the output signal is taken as the voltage at the emitter of Q3.
Repeat Problem 8.11
The half-circuit of a balanced monolithic series-series triple is shown in Fig. 8.18a. Calculate the input impedance, output impedance, loop gain, and overall gain of the half-circuit at low frequencies using the following data:
RE1 = RE2 = 290 RF = 1.9kΩ
RL1 = 10.6k RL2 = 6kΩ
For the transistors, IC1 = 0.5mA, IC2 = 0.77 mA, IC3 = 0.73 mA, β = 120, rb = 0, and VA = 40 V.
