1. Based on your score, how centralized does your organization appear to be? How does this fit with your own informal assessment of its degree of centralization?
2. Complete the same questionnaire, but this time, answer with respect to another job you’ve held at some time. Is your current organization more centralized or less centralized than this other one?
3. What particular advantages or disadvantages does your organization have because of its current degree of centralization? What additional advantages or disadvantages would result if it were more centralized?
4. What particular changes would have to be made for the organization to become more centralized? Less centralized?
