Identifying ethical issues. Before undertaking this activity, look again at Table 5.3, where we provide you with a series of questions to ask yourself about the ethical context before, during, and after your research project. Then consider which of the following four aspects of your research design may raise an ethical issue for you: avoidance of harm or loss of dignity, transparency and honesty, right to privacy, and inclusivity. Think about how you are going to address them.
