Food habits have been known to vary considerably across countries and regions. Would you describe the food industry as primarily multi domestic or global in nature? Use the fast-food chain McDonald’s as a case example to explain your answer. Note that while there are certain similarities in all of the McDonald’s outlets around the world, there are differences, especially in the menu, in various countries. Can the McDonald’s example be generalized across the food industry?
