Divide into three groups, two of these representing the two strategies proposed for the Kotel Group. Role-play a board meeting, with each group putting forward its views, backed by rational argument as to why their strategy should be adopted. A person should be selected to act as managing director to chair the meeting. The third group will act as neutral observers, with the power to question members of each group on their views. At the end of the meeting the third group will decide by vote which is the most convincing strategy to adopt.
