Aid and development organisations, such as World Vision, have many different programs and campaigns to raise money for the purpose of emergency relief work in specific countries, and for large development projects. They are also involved in alleviating poverty around the world. Furthermore, World Vision has a program of child sponsorship in under-developed countries to provide a basic education for underprivileged children. It is important that World Vision (and other similar organisations) is accountable for the money collected, for the money spent, and for any government assistance received. In order for this to happen, the management requires monthly financial reports. Assume that it is your job to prepare these reports.
