Reconsider Exercises 8.1.23–8.1.25 on cell phone and smartphone ownership. We considered our population to be that of all adults in the United States. Now suppose we want the population to be all the cell phone users in the United States. 

a. Combine the results in the tables from these two exercises so you have a new two-way table where race is the explanatory variable and the response variable is whether someone owns a smartphone given that they own a cell phone. 

b. What proportion of the cell phone owners of each race own smartphones?
