The Travel Magazine executive group is very unhappy with its photographer. She had been sent to Tahiti to take some pictures of sunny beaches to entice visitors to Tahiti.

Unfortunately, all the pictures taken by the photographer have a greyish tinge to them;

the beaches appear to be rather ordinary in the pictures. The magazine executives are thinking about replacing the photographer. The photographer believes that it was not her fault that the photographs turned out so poorly; she worked extremely hard, but it rained almost every day while she was in Tahiti.

Why has this conflict developed? Are there ways to resolve this conflict?
