Ask him or her to role‑play a representative of another interest group, such as a faculty member (if you are working with a degree program example), or a provider (if you are working with a health service example). You will gain more insights (and more rows and columns, typically) if your colleague takes on a role that is markedly different from the role you adopted. For example, if you are imagining you are a provider of government services, ask your colleague to imagine he or she is a recipient of some of those government services.
