Regarding the most favorable ratings, the instructor can ask students to add up the scores for each category of persons on the first 5 characteristics: knowledgeable, intelligent, sensitive, open and conscientious. The instructor can then build a discussion around which person (e.g., recent college graduate) received the highest ratings. Similarly, for the least favorable ratings, students can be asked to sum the scores for each category of persons on the last 3 attributes: emotional, arrogant and boring. Students can be asked to discuss why they rated these persons in such an unfavorable way.
