Judgment at the Pearly Gate is a fishbowl activity. People playing the roles specified below should stand at the center of a circle formed by the rest of the class. (The class may be sitting or standing). 

a. Harry, Dan, Marty, and Marv are standing at the Pearly Gates of Heaven. Peter is there to decide who to admit, if any one, and who to send down, past the hole blown in the ground when the plant b. melted, all the way to Hell. 

b. Give the class a moment to review the case. 

c. Form the circle, and then invite five volunteers to come to the center. Assign each a role on the spot.
