A nuclear disaster would be the highest stakes gamble lost for not taking care and time to gather enough information and override one’s decision biases for the sake of the enterprise. Harry, Dan, Marty, and Marv all fell short of meeting their responsibilities to assure a safe plant. Thus, a rather vivid exercise is suggested, so that learners will not soon forget nor underestimate the strategic cost of a poorly made decision.
