Create a Windows Forms application. Use the following names for the project and solution, respectively: Parking Project and Parking Solution. Save the application in the VB2017\Chap10 folder. The user will enter the dimensions in feet and the cost per square yard. Code the application by using a class to instantiate a parking lot object. Save the solution and then start and test the application.
