Build a WBS for one of the chapter case study projects other than asset management—either customer relationship management or collection management. You may need to do some research on the Internet about how such software packages work. The project should use an iterative approach and be organized into the following phases: project initiation, requirements discovery, analysis, design, construction, integration testing, deployment, project closeout. You should include within each phase at least three tasks and one major deliverable.
