• List the number of phase(s) required and the communications needs for the project within the distributed project team, the supply chain, outside technical services, and the management.

• Identify the different types of meetings required, their frequency, and the agenda needed for the meetings, if any.

• List the types of reports needed to manage the project and update the project stakeholders and management. Show the format and content for the reports and when they should be issued.
