Conduct an interview with a renovation and remodeling contractor. Ask about the challenges such as:

a. Uncertainty about the scope of work,

b. Need to replace old items that are no longer in the market,

c. Estimating completion time,

d. Dangers to workers, and

e. Compliance with historical renovation rules and laws.

Also, ask the question: What are some of the lessons learned? What would you do differently if you could do this project (or these projects) again?
