Find two newspapers articles. One article should highlight a successful collaboration between the police and a community they serve which you feel exemplifies community oriented policing and/or principles of restorative justice.

The second article should highlight a how police procedure, policy or even the decisions of an individual officer work against the model of community policing. Summarize what each story is about and how one article demonstrates successful community oriented policing while the other demonstrates unsuccessful community oriented policing.
