For those of you who have children did you notice if they started these developmental events around the suggested age? If they didn’t, when did you notice that these events started to take place?

Do you think that a child who does not receive discipline in the first stages will grow to have a moral principle as an adult to take responsibilities for their actions? Why or why not? What are your thoughts on the parent’s responsibility to discipline their children from the early stages? Is it their moral responsibility to do so?
