[20 points] Entity-Relationship Modeling Construct and ER model that will be implemented as a database that will serve as the backend data storage for an information system for real estate agencies. The system must be able to store the following information for each real estate agent: their name, employee number and salary. For each client of an agency, the system should be able to store their name, phone number and address. The clients are either buyers or sellers. For buyers, the system should be able to record the maximum price they are willing to pay for a house and their preferred residential area, whilst the sellers may have instead special comments attached to their profiles. A seller might have several houses for sale, and for each, the system should store a description, the asking price and the location. Due to the current rules, only one agent can be assigned to manage a seller's properties, i.e., a seller cannot have two "sale" agents. A buyer can buy multiple houses. The date and the closing price of the transactions must be recorded. An agent can work with several clients and keeps a log with comments about the deals s/he made, their date, type and amount
