1. A recent study on productivity improvement through time and work study analysis has just published. In the study, the authors have decided to conduct work and time study analysis in order to increase productivity of a cement factory. After conducting several meetings with Operations Manager and Production Line Executive, one work station has chosen as a pilot station, and then the analyses are performed sequentially.
