As a workplace activity (or simulated workplace activity) you must assess your team's current performance plans to determine whether work goals are appropriate for current activities and team working. As team leader, you must take stock of your own role to contribute to the organisation's goals, and review current workplace performance. This activity may be undertaken as background work to support the development of the team's performance plans as required in the Performance Activity (Question four). You must: 1. Read and interpret information about team member's roles and workplace policies and procedures, to assess the current structure and methods for working and whether the team is meeting requirements 2.
