Supervisors are burned out, unmotivated, and just tell employees what to do (without involving them in decisions). e. Other?
3. Using the theories and concepts (i.e., motivation, ethics/courage, communication, etc.) learned in the course, act as a consultant to your senior leaders and write a list of recommendations to address the factors (Q2) contributing to the problem (Q1).
