1. Competitive priorities are something all companies must have in order to maintain and acquire new customers as new competitors come into the market. To what extent are fast food chains such as Subway limited in their competitive capabilities?

2. One of the four core processes is New Service and Product Development. Subway is obviously marketed and known for its sandwiches, and therefore a little limited in this area. Do you think it would be beneficial to add more variety to the menu, or do you think that would accidentally rebrand Subway and do more harm than good?
