$2.$ Identify what the organization does in relation to healthcare and business rules that guide thier operations.

$3.$ Create ER model with entities $($Tables$),$ attributes $($Fields$),$ relationships $(1$:$1,1$:M$,$ M:N$),$ and constraints $($Domain$/$Flags$).$

$4.$ Draw ERD diagram with proper naming convention, arrows, identify Primary Key, Foreign keys and any other keys that you use.

$5.$ Identify there are any super entities, sub entities, and entity clusters.
