1. Describe a work task, a hobby, or another activity you regularly do, and list sequentially the various things you do to complete the activity. How complex is your list, and how many steps are required to complete the activity? Explain how you would go about improving this activity.

2. Think of an occasion when you as a customer experienced a "defect" in a product or service. Describe the nature of the defect and the process followed to correct the problem. Elaborate on costs that both you as a customer and the provider incurred to correct the problem. Would you use this provider again? Did the provider do anything to retain your business or even possibly try to sell additional products or services?

3. The housing market has homes priced wildly differently with most to fit the affordability of the "middle class" and a select few homes priced for the "1 percent". Present an argument as to why the real estate market would prefer to describe the housing market pricing based on the median price to prospective buyer. (include thoughts on the type of skew, Mean, Median, and Mode in your description.)
