1. Develop INITIAL interview questions. Staffing services believes that @ 25-minute interview will be appropriate, with about 3 minutes per interview question. They would like 4 behavioral interview questions and 4 situational interview questions. Each interview question should have a very specific KSAO target as shown in the example. 2. Develop a scoring key (with min. of 4 levels) for EACH interview question. This means you will have eight different scoring keys. STEP 1: develop one behavioral AND one situation question - with scoring keys due by the end of the class (Oct 11)! (this is a good opportunity for you to practice this process). These questions will be part of your 8 questions. Submit these questions on iCollege (or on paper). I will provide feedback on these to make sure that you are on the right track. STEP 2: develop the remaining 6 questions (3 behavioral and 3 situational) and the corresponding scoring keys. Submit ALL of your 8 questions (and scoring keys) to iCollege by Sunday, Oct 16, at midnight
