Additionally, leveraging the Chapters and concepts we have read to date you should incorporate that in your paper to demonstrate the mastery of those topics/concepts. The mastery should be shown by explaining the concept and how the company is using that. For example: Assume you are reading Amazon and in your book they talk about the organization structure of the company. This was covered in Chapter 6. Ask yourself, what Basic forms of organization design does Amazon have? Functional, Conglomerate, Divisional, matrix, or hybrid? Based on this, I expect that you do additional research through reading further on Amazon, or if you want to be more creative hold interviews with employees from Amazon to get a true response of their structure. Reading their website can give you in many instances the necessary support, but you will have to probably need to do some additional searching to get the right answer to analyze the type of organizational structure. This can be one of your topics as part of your analysis. 3. Conclusion For purposes of this assignment as your Outline, I'm only focused on #2 - provide me the 5 to 10 topics you will cover as part of your analysis. For each section you intend to cover provide a brief summary of what will be discussed. I want to ensure you are on the right path. Furthermore, I want to see that your paper will have a nice flow, transition and that you are not just assessing random topics that will make your project paper sound disjointed.
