Project Scenario:
You have been employed as the new Development Manager at ANIBT Cosmetics Sydney branch. You have received notice from head-office that a new line of hair care products will be added.
These products will be designed for hot, dry weather conditions and need to appeal to the Australian market.
Your team needs to come up with new fresh ideas for adding this new haircare product range and you will lead this project. Until you arrived the team was not very active with regards to innovation, they tended to just sit back and take directions from Head Office in the States. You have been asked to change this behaviour and to implement innovative thinking and practices at the Sydney branch.
TASK ONE:
