If there are hybrids or combinations of forms, describe and discuss. 2. Briefly describe the organization as it relates to its external environment, size, technology, and strategy. 3. Reflect upon and conclude your reflection with an analysis of the appropriateness of the organization's actual structure and departmentalization as it relates to its environment, size, technology, and strategy. In other words, does the organization appear to be properly structured and designed? Or can you envision changes to the organization's structure that would work better and make it more effective?
