4.Shauntay used identical plastic bears to measure the length of a rope and found that the rope was 36 bears long. Next, Shauntay will measure the length of the rope using identical plastic giraffes. Shauntay found that 4 bears are as long as 3 giraffes. How many giraffes long will the rope be? Explain how to get an answer.

5. The speed limit on Ontario Highway 404 (Don Valley Parkway, similar to our interstate highways) is 100 kilometers per hour. First come up with a reasonable estimate of what this might be in miles per hour. Then, using dimensional analysis and the fact that 1 inch = 2.54 cm, convert this speed into miles per hour. Show how to arrived at an answer (using fractions etc.).
