$1$ Playing with lights

In this task you are required to create a circuit to connect $2$ LEDs to your microcontroller. To test the connections, first write a program that will turn these LEDs on and off in order.

Your actual task is to allow these LEDs to blink at different frequencies. In order to perform this operation you need to measure time and perform blink operation depending on the time passed since the last operation. This way, you can control the frequency of both LEDs separately. Draw your circuit and write your program on this page.

$2$ Adding buttons

Modifying your previous program, you should add four buttons. Two for each LED. The first button will start$/$stop blinking of the LED. The second button will toggle the state of the LED. The second button should not work if the LED is blinking. Draw your circuit and write your program on this page.
