Requirement:

$$ The truss will be a CFS wall type truss, the length is $10$ ft$,$ the depth is $16$ in$.$

$$ Top and bottom chord members are $33$ksi $362$T$125-43$

$$ Web members are $33$ksi $362$S$162-43$ with punch out holes

$$ No$.10$ screws

$$ Live load $=40$ psf on top chord; Dead load $=20$ psf on top chord, $5$ psf on

bottom chord. Assume the truss is a floor truss and spaced at $24$ in$.$ O$.$C$.$

$$ IBC $2020$ and the ASD method will be used.

$$ Design goal is to achieve the lowest weight
