1. Take a look at this non-example from a session note. This was the entire note that was turned in by someone once. How would you rewrite this? Why? Feel free to create a narrative around this- obviously, you aren't really there but you will need some details to make this appropriate.

"Mom discussed behavior this morning. He wanted my pen and took it. Worked on sitting and drawing. Met friend and played but then bit her later. He went to another room with another peer and played."

2. Include a short example (a paragraph or less) from a session note if you work in the field (abide by HIPAA and do not include any identifiable information).
