(1) You are to create a valid network diagram for project data included below. You are to include on the network diagram all data discussed in Chapter 5 (Activity Name, Activity Number, Activity Duration, Activity Personnel, ES, EF, LS, and LF). The project begins on day 0 and must end in 32 days.

(2) You are then to determine the Total Slack for each activity and mark the critical path of the project. Include a table or list of the slack results (as slack does not appear directly on the network diagram).

(3) Finally, you are to discuss in a complete and well developed paragraph what steps you would take to correct any "slack issues" if they do exist. Be sure to explain your reasoning and what impact the proposed changes would have on the network diagram. If needed, open the image in a new window to get a better view. You are free to use software to create the network diagram (drawing or flowchart software works best), but you are also free to hand draw the diagram (neatly!) and upload a scan or quality photograph.
