How often and when should you change a Baseline Schedule?

a.

Whenever the original assumptions change that cause an impact on the Project

b.

At the end of the Project to incorporate changes that have affected the original schedule

c.

Only if the Client makes a major change to the scope and/or timing of the Project

d.

At the Monthly Project Meetings when progress is obviously different to the planned Schedule

e.

Whenever major problems occur in a Project as these could not be predicted and should not reflect on the Contractor
