1.-Scroll through a social media app until you come across an advertisement that you feel has specifically tried to reach your account as a potential customer (choose an advertisement that you feel comfortable sharing). Briefly describe the advertisement and identify one segmentation method that you think might have been used by the advertiser to sort you/ your account into this segment. Briefly explain what you think this segments customer profile looks like.

2.-Find a retail website that presents a pop-up when hovering over the Exit tab (for clarification, search exit-intent pop-up). Describe the pop-up. What type of language is used? What do you think the long term goal of the pop-up is? Note: These might not appear on a web page that you have visited before.
