A good example of organizational culture is Southwest Airlines. Southwest Airlines culture is three vital elements which are appreciation, recognition, and celebration. There policies are to appreciate every employee to create a fun and healthy work environment. If the employee is appreciated this create better work ethics for the employee. From my experience of working having a good and fun work environment make me feel more driven. Making your employee feel appreciated goes a long way make them likely to be more engaged in their work.

Southwest Airlines vision is to be the worlds most loved, mot efficient, and most profitable airline. As a business its good to have understanding. To be most loved there must be some understanding in this business. Southwest put their employee first encourages the employees to put others first and demonstrate proactive customer service. I see there putting out love and there getting it back. Southwest is number 1 with the lowest number of customer complaints. I know for sure when I feel welcomed at any places it makes me want to come back and tell other people about my experiences.
